Source: Genocide? What Genocide?
The moment someone mentions the word 'Genocide' everyone is in 'n tizz. I suspect it is because most people have NO idea what a Genocide is and have images of mass killings being committed in a short period of time by crazed attackers running through the streets waving machetes in the air as has happened on this continent so many times before. What people fail to understand is that this is not always the case and that a Genocide takes on many different forms. One of the definitions of a Genocide is:
"By 'genocide' we mean the destruction of an ethnic group. Generally speaking, genocide does not necessarily mean the immediate destruction of a nation, except when accomplished by mass killings of all members of a nation. It is intended rather to signify a coordinated plan of different actions aiming at the destruction of essential foundations of the life of national groups, with the aim of annihilating the groups themselves. The objectives of such a plan would be disintegration of the political and social institutions, of culture, language, national feelings, religion, and the economic existence of national groups, and the destruction of the personal security, liberty, health, dignity, and even the lives of the individuals belonging to such groups."
There are several other definitions and in essence they are all the same. You will find more such definitions here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genocide_definitions
Any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such: killing members of the group; causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life, calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part.
What is an Ethnic minority?
noun - a group of people with a particular race or nationality, living in a country orarea where most people are from a different race or nationality.
(Definition of ethnic minority noun from the Cambridge Advanced Learner'sDictionary & Thesaurus Cambridge University Press)
Employment acts like Affirmative Action and Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment form part of a strategy to disempower and impoverish a specific Ethnic Minority. South Africa is also the only country in the world where such laws are imposed the protect a vast majority from an ever declining minority. Not only do these laws exclude white South Africans from the job market but they also make it impossible for big business to donate to charities benefitting the increasing amount of impoverished white South Africans.
Although exclusion from the economy and the destruction of our culture, language and heritage in itself would constitute a genocide, the reality is that white South Africans are in fact being attacked, tortured, raped and murdered on a DAILY basis by black attackers. More than 4000 white South African farmers have been murdered in the past 20 years since the dawn of ANC rule. Thousands of others have been killed in our towns and cities. The nay-sayers use statistics to contradict the facts by saying that many more black people are being murdered in South Africa. We do not dispute this fact, but they are NOT murdered by white attackers and the circumstances surrounding these murders differ greatly from the onslaught on white victims.
Last year alone I recorded 212 black-on-white murders. I do not have access to official stats and rely solely on social media contacts to inform me of the murder of a friend or family member. The SAPS, in 2009, stopped recording murders by race as it is considered 'Politically Incorrect'.
These are the names, ages and gender of the white people murdered by black attackers in South Africa in 2013. There were over 400 attacks and many were lucky to survive but the emotional damage done to these individuals and their families is irreparable. These racially motivated murders are continuing as we speak and 29 such murders have already been committed since the beginning of 2014. It needs to STOP!
